Key Responsibilities – PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT• Preparing project proposal with concerned team and coordinating with partners about all project deliverables and budget.• Ensuring an agreement that is signed by all parties.• Responsible for all kinds of confidential documents on partners and program related matters.• Coordinating with donor partners for project renewals and fund• Handling the program team of eleven members.• Preparing Annual Reports of Extramarks Education Foundation.• Preparing Impact Assessment Reports and project progress reports of ongoing projects supported by different donor in various parts of India.• Monitoring visits in schools to check the progress of the project.• Organize teachers training and community programs with parents.

Key Responsibilities - PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT• Develop Program which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully completed as per compliances.• Determine the resources (Time, Budget, Infrastructure etc.) required to complete the project.• Execute the project according to the project plan.• Timeline based reporting to document project activities.• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.• Program Strategy development, Capacity Building of teams across including Regions and local NGO partners.• Needs Assessment, designing and value addition to Training content for Capacity Building.• Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating and Reviewing the effectiveness and impact of programs.• Timeline oriented Documentation and Reporting.FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT• Developing annual budget for the program• Preparing monitoring strategies for effective utilization of funds• Analyse ‘utilization of fund’ and communicating it with partners on time.
