• Co-developed methodology to rank and analyze pesticide application data to support enforcement targeting in areas with increased pesticide exposure potential
• Documented rationale to advocate a more robust set of indicators for a nationally consistent Environmental Justice geographic screening tool, adding linguistic isolation, age, and education level to initial.
• Helped plan/provide logistics for two community forums: The White House's Strong Cities, Strong Communities Initiative (SC2) Partnership for a Sustainable Fresno Forum (September 2011) and the Plan for a Sustainable.
• Reviewed community brownfield land use/environmental justice grants
• Part of five person EPA/NASA team identifying communities most highly impacted by diesel truck emissions in Southern California. Mapping data layer product was used to place anti-idling road signs in Southern.

• Managed development and implementation of surplus inventory recycling program to allow users to give away or find equipment, supplies, and furniture from a laboratory or office
• Interviewed/surveyed building occupants on behavior related to waste/energy audit results to increase energy efficiency and waste reduction across the University
• Initiated pilot-program replacing toxic chemicals with less hazardous alternatives to reduce hazardous waste output at the University
• Advocated mercury thermometer exchange, saving $134/month on chemical spills
• Assisted developing energy policy for University, to increase energy efficiency
