On Dove masterbrand, I led the conceptualization and development of bringing alive the Dove point of view in India with the #StopTheBeautyTest campaign. The campaign went on to win a Silver Creative Strategy Lion at Cannes, WARC Gold Award for Asian Strategy, a Purple Elephant at Kyoorius, with a tally of 11 awards and still counting. On the premium portfolio, I identified the need for "Salon Smooth Hair at Home" with the pandemic, and pivoted Tresemme communication on the same. With the rise of the no-nasties trend, I developed the mix for the first Sulphate Free Hair care Range and the Biotin-enriched Thick and Full range from Tresemme.I also developed and landed the Clinic Plus Strong & Shiny mix in 100 days, making it one of the fastest launches in the category. Today, this variant alone has a penetration of 14% & 1.5% Market share in just 1 year.
