Working as HR-EA in The Espee Global School, Roorkee• Handling the HR executive profile and supervising the administrative work.• Work in conjunction with The Directors and all levels of Management as key member of HR.• Analyzing the requirement of organization• Recruitment, hiring and employee relations in departments• Assist the accounts department for making the salaries of employees• Updating ERP on regular basis & maintaining Teaching Staff Profiles.Recruitment & Induction:Handling the entire life cycle for recruitment and induction of the School preparing (Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Relieving) letters, maintaining employees Personal files, Screening Cv’s etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY: End to end recruitment process that is, Candidate Management as well as Client Management. Client Management • Business Development: Empanelment with new clients • Relationship Management: To ensure we not only get new positions but we are always among the most preferred vendor for the clients. Candidates Management • Source the prospective candidates' basis the JD (head hunting, Job Portals, Social Networking). • Screen and interview the candidates to find out suitability and interest. • Take updated CV from candidate and shares the same in standard format. • Update the excels and MIS • To keep the candidates warm throughout the recruitment process. • To keep the candidate updated with feedback • To coordinate and line up candidate for telephonic or subsequent rounds of interview • Ensure candidate attends all interviews in time by sending mail, SMS and calls. • Negotiate with candidate salary, notice period etc. • Ensure candidate joins on the agreed / committed date and serve the co. for long and fulfills replacement clause.
