Responsible for performance of 4 business departments, 40+ employees located in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.Areas of responsibilities:- Customer data management, incl. customer segmentation and customer data development, loading logics to data repository, customer data quality business monitoring, customer analytics and development of propensity models.- Channel management, incl. business processes establishment and development in channels, monitoring of channels quality, capacity, efficiency, improving business processes in channels.- Development of electronic channels such as Internet bank, mobile bank, incl. Apps, other on-line solutions for private and business customers.- Development of solutions for front-office employees to support customer service processes and ensure efficiency of service.- Development, implementation and co-ordination in countries Customer experience management business logic and supportive IT solutions.- Development of CRM solutions.- Management of CRM and channels development related IT portfolio.

Responsible for performance of a business department, 10 employees located in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.Areas of responsibilities:- Development, unification and streamlining of sales and service processes in the Baltics, including establishment and development of CRM solutions.- Establishment of Complaint management and Customer experience management processes in the bank.- Establishment of unified portal for customer service in the front-office to improve efficiency.Awarded with Swedbank Baltic Banker Badge 2011 for outstanding results.

Areas of responsibilities:- Development of CRM vision, needed components for contemporary and efficient CRM solutions in Lithuania, leading CRM development related activities in the Baltics.- Development and maintenance of customer service models.- Maintenance and updating of Segmental service concept meant for Retail customers in Lithuania.- Development of relevant behaviour based automated offers for retail customers in Lithuania (in tight co-operation with customer data analysts).
