RESPONSIBILITIES• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies: Developing and executing a sale and marketing plan that aligns with the overall business strategy and goal.• Setting sales and revenue targets: Responsible for setting sales and revenue targets and ensuring they are met.• Managing the sales and marketing team: This includes recruiting, training, managing, and motivating the sales and marketing team to ensure they meet their targets and goals. • Conducting market research and analysis: Responsible for researching market trends and analyzing data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.• Developing pricing strategies: Developing pricing strategies that balance the company’s profitability with the needs of the customers.• Building and maintaining relationships with customers: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible service.• Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the sales and marketing team, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that targets are met.• Creating and managing budgets: Responsible for creating and managing the sales and marketing budget to ensure that the team has the resources they need to meet their targets.• Developing marketing collateral: Developing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements to promote the company’s products and services.• Collaborating with other departments: Responsible for collaborating with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that the company’s overall strategy is aligned and that customers receive the best possible service.

RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide high-quality & innovative solutions to support commercial farming of food-producing animals (fish, poultry, ruminants etc.)• Be a conduit to introduce new technology & information for the development of the fisheries and livestock sector in Bangladesh.• Actively support the industry to reduce the widespread use of anti-microbial growth promoters by helping animal enhance their natural defense through biosecurity measures and immune-boosting adjunct therapies.• Be the partner of choice for our trade customers, feed millers & farms by ensuring products at the right time.• Focusing on alternative products of antibiotics like probiotics, prebiotics, marine peptide, and nucleotide.• Training our marketing and salespeople who are directly involved with farmers and feed mills.• Arranging farmers’ meetings (4-6 meeting/month, 30-35 participants/meeting), and farmers’ gossiping sessions (FGS) (10-12 FGS/month, 10-15 participants/FGS) on regular basis.

• Find out the problems faced by aqua farmers in terms of the aquaculture management system• Pointing the effective solutions to develop the aquaculture management process• Building the capacity of aqua farmers through different learning sessions• Actively promote aquaculture products, which are very effective in solving a specific problem• Conduct aqua farmers' meetings on a regular basis to provide technical information• Visit aqua farms regularly to build strong relationships with customers.
