I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a product leader who can oversee the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) from ideation to implementation.I have conceptualized and created specifications for iCargo, a next-generation digital platform for cargo that is widely used and highly regarded by top cargo carriers and ground handlers. iCargo manages every aspect of cargo operations, helping businesses uncover new revenue streams, improve efficiency, and increase profitability. The platform is designed to encourage greater collaboration and innovation among stakeholders, making it a next-generation solution that benefits everyone involved.I have also worked with several leading air carriers including American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines, Lufthansa, Turkish, Qantas, Nippon Cargo Airlines, Austrian, South African Airways, All Nippon Airlines, and others, providing business and IT consulting, system transitions, and implementation support.
