Job Duties:- Responsible for managing purchase orders including sending them out to suppliers and ensuring delivery within a timely fashion. - Stock monitoring and order planning for a list of components.- Arranging shipments from Local, European, and Far East suppliers, including air and sea shipment, and communicating with forwarders and couriers to ensure smooth delivery.- Assisting my team in negotiating prices with current suppliers and sourcing for new suppliers.Process requisition requests from internal departments and invoice queries with AccountsAchievement: Help my team find a Far East supplier of electric parts to prevent production line stoppage. Provide my team with support to manage the supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic, including planning, tracking, and expediting deliveries.

Job Duties:• Responsible for price negotiation, process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers on Food & Beverage items.• Point of contact for assisting the resolution of queries on matters relating to the procurement of Food & Beverage.• Proactively explore new sources of products and suppliers.• Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues.• Attend hygiene audit for the supplier annually.• Administrate purchasing documents and records.
