As a project Manager, I'm playing the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project. I'm leading and managing my team who are responsible for the delivery of high-quality software services and sites.

Over five years in this role, I honed my software engineering skills and developed strong design, software development and analytical expertise in Web application development using IBM WebSphere Commerce platform. I became proficient in customization, integration, developing all the aspect areas from presentation layer (JSP), business logic, database and user interface design.I am an excellent problem-solver, able to quickly grasp complex systems and identify opportunities for improvements and resolution of critical issues.I have the ability to work in a distributed environment where development teams and clients/project managers are not co-located.
