I joined Philadelphia Sign Company to take a lead role in their newly commissioned maintenance department. We pulled together a team and trained them on all aspects of serving many long time customers as well as new business. We incorporated a new database and implemented several new processes to streamline maintenance activity and serve our customers' needs. I am very proud to have a built a strong team of talented project managers. I feel like all of them have a very good handle on what it takes to be successful. I wish nothing but the best for the PSCO team and am honored that I was chosen to commission the new department.

I started at Icon as a project manager working on large scale conversions, I worked with fortune five hundred companies for not only the conversion work, but also for many perpetual accounts. After 2 years I was promoted and took a lead role running a team with these accounts. A year and a half after that I received another promotion that moved me to the maintenance department. Here I learned the importance of the green initiative and gained a vast amount of knowledge on energy savings. My team ran a large retrofit program in which we changed out neon to LED for over 500 sites, we also did work on converting older signs that use regular fluorescents to longer life alternatives.
