    I transferred from a leadership position in ICS Finance and joined the Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness team as Director, Diversity and Inclusion. In the new role, responsibilities include actively monitoring our progress in implementing Broadridge's D&I strategy and proposing necessary actions to the BR Executive Diversity Council. Creating and implementing a D&I education program for our associates at all levels and providing support to our associate networks in designing and rolling-out their initiatives. In addition, relationships will be developed to work with different stakeholders to obtain external recognition for Broadridge as an inclusive organization, and facilitate building partnerships with relevant D&I organizations in the market. In order to make this transition, I actively sought and developed skills to move into the talent management arena. Over the last two years I led several associate development initiatives in ICS Finance, became certified in the Emotional Intelligence Assessment and rolled it out to many of the finance associates, and been an active member within the Edgewood Women’s Leadership Forum Chapter activities. I’ve also played a role in a number of corporate TM initiatives, such as acting as an Action Learning coach for the Talent Acceleration Program, being a “Leader as Teacher” in several corporate leadership programs, and being a Great Places to Work (GPTW) Champion. In addition, I am currently in the process of completing my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
