Sondra has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry and well over two decades of leadership, operations management, sales & marketing, instructional design, training, and professional speaking experience. Making a positive difference in other people’s lives, leading teams, motivating, and training are a passion of Sondra’s. This coupled with her experience makes her an ideal candidate to make a difference for your business!Most recently, she Co-Founded a field marketing agency Best Insurance Group (BiG) in March of 2020 and held the role of Chief Marketing Officer for the organization. In less than two years the company exceeded over $100 Million in sales, won Best of the Bay’s top award for #1 insurance agency. Prior to Co-Founding BiG she was working exclusively with The IHC Group, a national leader in the sales and distribution of insurance and ancillary products. During the 12 years Sondra worked with The IHC Group she recruited, trained, and motivated hundreds of sales representatives while building effective leadership and training strategies to penetrate growth and retention of sales for the company. She also designed an industry compliant marketing and training platform that was used globally for all distributions within the parent company. In 2010 Sondra was afforded a co-ownership opportunity with a sales agency distribution for The IHC Group, IPA Family, LLC now Health eDeals and seized it as well as being added to the company’s Board of Directors.
