In this role, I handled all employee benefits for Geminus Corporation, Geminus Headstart, and Regional Mental Health Center. On a day-to-day basis, I handled all FMLA and ADA leaves, short-term and long-term disability claims, and all worker's compensation claims. I also addreseds questions or concerns from employees regarding their benefits. I also conduct a benefits orientation every two weeks for new employees where I explained their benefits options and answer any questions. In addition, I enrolled and terminate all employee benefits through our company's software and through our insurance provider's website. I also submitted weekly and bi-weekly reports. I handle open enrollment for employees annually as well.
