I started working for my grandmother in Cheyenne, Wyoming when I was 11 years old. She owned a real estate company, which included a lot of rental units, several commercial buildings, a commercial lighting and a flooring company. I did odd jobs for all of the different companies. I received my real estate license in 1993. Started cleaning for Laurel Property Services in 1994, worked my way up the company ladder and eventually bought the company in 1999. We currently manage and lease about 300 units in the Golden area. I take this industry very serious. I have been a member of NARPM (National Association of Property Management) since 1996. I have a designation of Residential Property Manager from NARPM. In order to obtain this designation I needed my property owners to recommend me and other NARPM members to state that I am serious about this profession and uphold the highest standards. I have also served on the board as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and now am the head of education. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and a REALTOR.
