I have substantial administrative experience at a professional higher educational institution. Specifically, my experience includes developing and monitoring college policy in employment and education. As the former Director of Policy/Risk Management and Legal Affairs for an academic health center, I was responsible for the day to day administration of the policy/legal/risk management program. I facilitated contractual agreements for research, professional medical services, student training and education and other administrative contracts for the institution. As a member of the senior management team, I provided advice to the president and senior management on the strategic goals for the institution. Additionally, as an Assistant Pastor at Fairfield Missionary Baptist Church, I am responsible for a myriad of administrative duties that ensure the ministries of the church function at a level of excellence. I oversee thirteen ministry programs, reviewing and implementing strategic plans, programming, budgeting, publicity, and volunteer staffing for ministry events.
