•Launched flagship Before You Drink Gummies on Amazon in late October 2020 reaching $20,000/wk in revenue prior to stocking out. Launched wholesale in 2021, selling into 100+ Urban Outfitters locations as well as a number of hotels, resorts, airport stores, and a variety of other retailers.•Fragmented supply chain in 2023 achieving a 50% reduction in COGS, a projected 50% reduction in lead time for future production runs, and increasing supply chain options to avoid future bottlenecks or stock outs.•Developed initial Before You Drink Gummy active formula; now coordinate between internal advisers and stakeholders and external development and manufacturing teams. In 2024, developing 5th iteration of Before You Drink Gummy and launching 1st iteration of new proprietary sleep product.•Led development of Toast! brand identity, voice, and personality and ensured compliance with brand attributes across Toast! products, packaging, web presence, and consumer communications.
