Position: Procurement Manager, Irish Stock Exchange, Dublin City CentreSeptemebr 2018 - PresentResponsibilities include;• Full roll out of Procurement policy under new system integration (Microsoft Dynamics AX) • Manage and control all vendor contracts for each department within the Irish Stock Exchange. Negotiations, contract law, SLA agreements.• Pricing and tendering “Project Birch” activities. This relates to Euronext’s new complex in Temple Bar. Mainly contractor negotiations for labour and works carried out on site. Working closely with PMO.• Plan and forecast spends for 2019 over the full vendor list with FP&A (Finance) • Host Procurement meetings department heads outlining Procurement integration progress, department compliance requirements and areas for improvement to ensure Procurement policy is followed correctly• Cost savings as part of annual KPI metric. Identify cost savings across contract range

• Purchasing Manager for Kepak Longford • Annual spend in excess of €8 million spread out over all areas in Longford and Group equipment purchasing – Primary spending focused in packaging, production Floor machinery and Personal Protective Equipment.• Responsible for all research, ordering, pricing, delivering and receiving of goods through ERP system “Microsoft Dynamics AX”. Solving invoice discrepancies and ensuring accurate concise data is entered on the system. • Meet with our key suppliers in the UK and Germany twice per year for factory visits and developing new ideas• Work closely with Sales and Planning departments to forecast inventory for short and long term requirements• Logistics planning experience with shipping department to co-ordinate timely collections of inventory• Closely connected with sales team across UK, France, Spain and Germany to develop and deliver new packaging solutions to satisfy customer needs.• Responsible for cross functional activities with Finance, Technical, Production, and Sales departments to deliver targets effectively.• Research and Development on new packaging products to continuously improve site efficiency and reduce cost under Lean Management and Origin Green initiative. • Identify possible vendors to engage with on tender projects• Group responsibilities include; implementation of ERP system to newly acquired sites. Currently working in McCarrens two days per week to introduce purchasing manager to the system
