Soner started his professional career in 1998 as an Internal Auditor at Interbank Audit Department. After audit, risk and control career in banking for 7 years, Soner joined Sabancı Holding Audit Department in 2005. Soner was responsible for the internal audit of all domestic and foreign subsidiaries of Sabancı Holding. As an Internal Audit Manager for 6 years, Soner specialized in the analysis of business processes, adequacy of internal control systems, risk management, corporate governance and process development of Sabancı Holding and its subsidiaries.In order to further develop his knowledge and experience in the fields of internal audit, risk management and internal control, Soner participated in internationally recognized written certification exams and succeeded in all of them mentioned below. After completing an 18-years career in internal audit, Soner was appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for Claims and Legal at Aksigorta in January 2017.
