Hello, I’m Soner Aydoğan. With a wealth of experience across various industries, I bring a broad perspective to every project I undertake. I have had the opportunity to work in fields such as the chemical industry, food sector, construction, building development and project management, which has allowed me to adapt to different environments and challenges while enhancing my operational and management skills. My corporate career began in İzmir with AkzoNobel, an international paint company. However, I soon shifted to entrepreneurship by acquiring a franchise of an emerging food brand. Shortly after, I partnered with leading figures in the market to establish and grow the “Çeşnili Döner” brand. Following this, I ventured into various roles, including creating and managing fast food, fine dining, beach, and nightclub kitchens. Before moving to Greece, I launched the PastaKodu brand and opened a pastry-dessert and fusion breakfast kitchen in Yelki Guzelbahce. During my first year in Athens, I utilized my past experiences to unlock the potential of the burger brand “Brisket Bro” by developing strategies. At the same time, I decided to expand my real estate investments and entered the construction sector. Currently, I serve as a consultant and operations manager at Platina Development. In this role, I use both my practical experience and strategic foresight to manage construction projects from start to finish. I am always open to new collaborations and opportunities where I can contribute to helping businesses, and projects reach their full potential by bringing innovative ideas and effective solutions to the table.
