Business development and account management for corporate entertainment and AV supplier.

As the head of production my responsibilities included improving the internal processes used by the project management team as well as mentoring and training new and existing staff.

Responsible for the end to end management of each client exhibition stands, which includes all logistical, financial and operational management of the project. Creating a relationship with a client, liaising with key stakeholders, managing long term and day to day logistics of the project is a small part of what it takes to make a client stand out in a very competitive ocean of expo companies delivering high end exhibition stands.
