Job Responsibilities:1. Collection of line loading plan from the planning department.2. Collection of operation bulletin & paper layout from the corporate IE team.3. Inform & discuss line layout plan with a floor in charge & technical team.4. Discussion & necessary coordination with maintenance regarding m/c, folder, or attachment.5. Line setting time monitoring & minimizes to establish SMED.6. Line balancing with the supervisor to avoid m/c idle time or smooth production flow.7. Line capacity study: at the start of news style as well till learning curve achievement.8. Production study in critical processes for 1hr at least to find out the real scenario.9. Finding out bottleneck area, plan & executing necessary steps to solve the problem.10. Check, record & necessary steps to reduce or eliminate nonproductive time (NPT).11. Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping.12. Plan & take necessary steps to reduce line WIP, implement 5 or 10 PCs flow.13. Prepare skill matrix & update after three months consecutively.14. The process excellence method finds out & implements to enhance operator & line efficiency.15. Set-up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor.16. Prepare daily man to machine ratio report.17. Prepare MIS (Management Information system) report.

Job Responsibilities:1.Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions;2.Prepare operation bulletin and Job scheduling on the basis of the buyer's order;3.Redesign the machine layout & work station layout according to the operation bulletin to fulfill the production target;4.To do time study for recording the time of performing the task by operators;5.Identification of bottleneck areas to balance the line by reducing bottleneck.6.Prepare hourly production reports and identify the factors of bottleneck;7.Follow up on the critical operation in the line;8.Prepare daily efficiency report;
