-Gain an in-depth knowledge of training programs by developing relationships, contacting agencies, colleges and universities to ensure successful referrals.-Work with a caseload of 40 plus MFIP participants one-on-one to provide support, intensive, and focused job search and education and training follow-ups.- Connect persons to CAPI's Employment Readiness Workshops and provide one-on-one job search readiness services to participants including, but not limited to resume writing, interview preparation, and job search assistance. -Input required data into digital databases, including Workforce One and Salesforce, in an accurate and timely manner for all participants.

-Manage and provide intensive person centered and supportive case management to a caseload for 40-70 participants.-Enroll and complete intake process and employment services overviews with the participants either in an individual setting or group setting.-Work together with participants to create an employment plan with specific activities, realistic timeline, and measurable outcomes.-Monitor and evaluate 40-70 participants’ progress on an ongoing basis. -Collaborate with participants, Hennepin County staff, and community organizations to develop and implement engagement plans tailored to participants. -Assist in organizing and participating in various engagement events, including community outreach, and organization events.

-Manage between 20-60 new and previous student applications and process student enrollments.-Provide support to students and parents with enrollment applications and creation of parent portal with PowerSchool.-Manage and maintain current student enrollment and contact information.-Perform MARSS submissions to MDE and correct data errors as needed.-Request records from students’ previous schools of attendance and respond to records request.-Assist with coordination of graduation ceremonies, student conferences, staff meetings, and student events on site.-Answer and route incoming calls and relay messages as appropriate.
