• Design and adapt the learning solutions with the aim of creating highly impactful and modern learning experiences based on market’s business & people development priorities of marketing & sales functions;• Make the best usage of training formats, approaches, technology platforms with a particular focus on initiatives in digital learning, personalized learning, digital literacy, earning technologies, evaluation and deployment (overall driving the new global digital learning channel);• Being part of a global pool of Nestle Instructional Designers, contribute to design and build projects when required.• Support the markets to ensure that learning solutions are embedded with the LMS to facilitate reoccurrence management, learner portal usability, reporting and consolidation and to insure synergy between systems.

• Implement and localize the competency-based people development solutions, and enable sharing of development solutions and practices in training community;• Manage the Job Charters & Position Success Profiles in a shared platform and in full transparency;• Empower Employees to own and manage their development, and deploy a tool to allow self-assessment on proficiency level required in functional competency frameworks for current job and possible future jobs;• Ensure the setup and usage of iLearn (Nestle learning platform), and help to centralize training administration and support activities with Global L&D CoS;• Enable easier Coaching & Mentoring management through Success Factors technology.

• Performance & Talent Management: Lead talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. Implement business units succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals.• Employee Engagement and Relationship: Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Handle different ER situation based on the specific cases.• HR Organizational Alignment: Be the gateway for the business into the HR function to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions. Collaborate and provide business insight to CoE and CoS to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans.

• Social & Campus Recruitment: be responsible for GCR HO social position recruitment, including creating job descriptions, job briefing with Hiring Manager/HRBP, channel positing internally & externally, screening, interviewing, assessing and offering. Conduct intern recruitment, trainee selection and assessment center.• Employer Value Proposition: Design the strategic plan and conduct daily operation on Wechat platform, including draft promotion articles, create interactive activities with followers, support the campaigns from corporate level and develop the sourcing attribute of this recruitment channel;• Channel Management: in charge of all recruitment channels (headhunter, agencies, Linkedin), contract management and payment arrangement;• Reports: provide weekly & monthly recruitment report on related recruitment KPIs

• Employee Lifecycle Management- Coordinate the new joiners’ arrangement after offers being accepted by the candidates and arrange the employee’s on-boarding process until they pass the probation;- Contract Management including issuing the contract of different types and renewal of contract once expired;- Transfer employee management including accommodation, transferee home visit and reimbursement;- Quick and smooth action on employee resignation process.• Create the SOP on the whole employee life circle activities, including on-boarding, passing probation, contract renewal, transferee reimbursement and separation. Implement the Learn concept to the HR operation process on Nestle Continuous Excellence;• Employee Service Branding- Hotline management, providing the answers to the employees’ enquires via the hotline and conduct monthly analysis report of the system;- Collect and create FAQs database for training team members and inform the employee via uploading it to the Intranet;- Employee Assistant Program, arrange the EAP lunch talk to the employees bi-month on the stress management, work life balance to promote healthy life and happy work, which presents Nestlé’s humanistic concern on employees;- Design and update the overall layout of the Employee Service part in intranet to make it friendly and frequently used by the employee.
