• Collaborate with the Head of Public Services and other staff to develop instructional documents and videos for undergraduate course activities and other researchers

• Assist in developing multiple WordPress-based websites (institutional, online learning, and magazine) both frontend and backend, including creating themes, customizing themes, integrating third-party plugins, and ensuring websites functionality and performance by debugging issues, such as web accessibility problems• Develop self-directed online courses and analyze student behavioral data in online courses which includes:- R codes to track student’s performance within a course and course completion rates- A learning assistant chatbot based on Dialogflow and implement in multiple live courses- Training set for the learning assistant chatbot based on topic modeling using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and qualitative analysis in a series of design and development processes - A machine learning-based prediction model predicting students’ behavioral intention to use a learning assistant chatbot in courses based on their social presence measurements

• Develop early detection protocol for at-risk students to support and help them to succeed in their programs with proper interventions in a non-profit health education institute (Central Texas Allied Health Institute, CTAHI) with the support of Michael and Susan Dell Foundation• Develop a spreadsheet-based dashboard for the staff to detect students at risk according to the institution’s regular survey data (Due to the non-disclosure agreement, unable to share the product in public; willing to provide further details upon request)
