I concluded my 20+ years of corporate career and pursued ICF-certified MMS Transformational Executive Coaching. I graduated from the Level 2 program in December 2023 and shortly thereafter attained the ACC (Accredited Certified Coach) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Connecting with my purpose, enabling people to understand their inner worlds, make aligned choices, and transform into their authentic selves, brings me unparalleled joy, satisfaction, and gratitude.I hold a degree in Economics from Bogazici University, Istanbul, and an MBA in International Management from United International Business School, Barcelona. My professional journey began in corporate banking as a relationship manager. After relocating to Amsterdam in 2007, I specialized in Structured Trade and Commodity Finance at Credit Europe Bank. Throughout my banking career, I led teams managing diverse portfolios of international companies engaged in global commodity trade. In 2018, I transitioned to a director role at RSM, a Dutch consultancy firm, overseeing the Risk & Compliance team within the Business Consulting division. My primary focus was on team management, strategy development, and fostering growth in the financial services industry. This role allowed me to apply my skills in a new context, managing challenges further compounded by the Covid-19 pandemic.Since my training, I have been working with professionals, including senior executives and leaders, leveraging my 20+ years of corporate experience and business acumen to address their needs. My extensive international experience, having lived in three countries and managed business relationships with numerous global companies, enables me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and guide them with profound respect for their culture and values.
