I am a System Engineer at Turkish Aerospace, where I work on the Pilot Life Support and Crew Escape Systems for the pilot trainer aircraft. I have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Atılım University with a full scholarship. My core competencies include systems engineering process, stakeholder relationships, creating system technical documentation (SDD, IDD, SIRD etc.), PLM (Teamcenter), system requirement management (IBM DOORS), supporting safety&reliability and maintenance teams, managing risks, maintaining certification and verification processes ( MIL-HDBK-516C MIL-STD-3050, and also have knowledge in EASA CS-23-25).In HTM Design Inc (my previous role), I plan and report on system design activities for localization of Pilot Life Support Systems, conduct extensive literature and market research, prepare technical reports for system engineering IPT, and design mechanical-electromechanical pneumatic systems to comply with military standards. I also perform system engineering and requirement management using DOORS IBM, conduct CFD modelling of the pressure regulating valve using OpenFOAM and compressible turbulent flow numerical analysis. I have also participated in the Teknofest Helicopter Design Competition as a team leader, where we ranked third out of 117 teams.I am passionate about developing innovative solutions for challenging problems in the aerospace industry, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
