- Managing a team of 10 to deliver an integrated solution composed of products (GMS applications), services (application training, support) to the customers in Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee. - Working together with key customers and development team to make sure our services could be delivered within the constraints of schedule, functionality, and budget. - Managing risks, changes and quality during the project life cycle. - Creating and maintaining project plan of responsible area. - Providing management support to whole Games IT team during 7x24 operations of Asian Games in IT Command Center as GMS manager and Deputy Games IT duty manager.

Worked in Central Repository System (central application that powers the Olympic results and interfaces) team as an application specialist, I was responsible for the following things:- Participate the application installation, configuration and testing- Support internal and external customers during various activities in system integration process.- Participate in configuration management and change management for the application in system integration process- Contribute to policy and procedure for application team to following in games time operation- Execute and document important activities such as system test, disaster recovery rehearsal and technical rehearsal for responsible application- Manage transfer of knowledge for responsible application from Torino to Beijing project.
