Responsible:1. Monitor employee performance and do periodic evaluations to help improve customer service.2. Collect payments and keep records of budgets, funds, and expenses.3. Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.6. Create and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and facilities.7. Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agents, and conference planners.8. Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.9. Participate in financial activities including setting room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to the department.10. Monitor work at all levels (front office, household, security and engineering, office employees, etc.) and set clear goals.11. Plan activities and allocate responsibility for achieving the most efficient operating model.12. Manage budget / expenditure, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.13. Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote hotel services.14. Communicate with customers if necessary (welcome them at the facility, resolve their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information, etc.)15. Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages or equipment, renovations etc.16. Check facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards17. Conducting and ensuring the implementation of sales strategies to maximize occupancy and average room prices.18. Manage billing and payment from Personal, Company, Travel Agent and Onlain Travel Agent.19. Ensure that all hotel operations are in accordance with standards and procedures applied by management.20. Make a Weekly & Montly Report development report.
