• Credit appraisal & Sanctions – Conducting appraisal of infrastructure projects (Roads & Highways, Energy etc.) to corporate borrowers in the capacity of Lead Lender/Non Lead Lender under consortium financing with Credit and Risk assessment while performing Due Diligence w.r.t. the mandate/ guidelines / internal & external policies. • Appointment of various consultants required for implementation of the infrastructure projects as per empanelment and extant procurement policies.• Post sanction activities including documentation, disbursements and monitoring of the project.• Handling Regulatory and Information Utilities Portal for data submission to various regulatory authorities such as RBI, CICs etc. • Functioning with minimal levels of individual authority and negotiates with strict adherence to established guidelines, credit pricing, terms and structure.
