Oversee the daily and monthly activities related to funds and investments in real estate assets. These activities include analyzing cash flows and disbursements and preparing monthly bank statement reconciliations. Prepare cash flow forecasts and prepare capital calls and distribution recommendations. Prepare wire instructions for money movement for various payments to vendors, investments and partners. Reconcile cash operations. Prepare general ledger entries and perform other assigned tasks in support of the monthly financial close. Accounts payable.

Responsible for all aspects of property level financial reporting for assigned properties. Work closely with Property Managers, Regional Property Managers and clients. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting to the client. Prepare financial statements for assigned properties in agreement with client requirements and applicable accounting principles. Analyze property-level activity and financial reports to identify and correct irregularities as well as ensure accurate representation of the property’s operational and financial position. Manage cash needs, cash disbursements and transfers between properties. Ensure the timely payment of all critical payments, including but not limited to, mortgages, property taxes, property insurance and owner distributions.

Reconcile bank accounts. Compile and sort bank statements.

Perform all office duties. Upload all documents into appropriate software. Assist with new hire paperwork. Assist with A/R reports and posting payments. Assist with tracking job profitability. Handle all clients’ questions/concerns
