In the past 10 years, I gained vast experience in complex project management, in the third, public, and private sectors. I’ve led teams, planned events and conferences, managed all social media channels of a political party, and worked to improve interfaces between different teams in a fast-growing medical cannabis start-up. In addition, I found myself driving professionals and volunteers in a variety of environments, and I did it mainly by listening to them with a non-judgmental attitude, understanding their needs and motivations, and integrating them in favor of a joined success. I’ve learned that I love making things happen and I have the skill and ability to examine a problem from different perspectives, finding the best and often and most creative solution possible. I describe myself as thorough indeed, but I can also work in a fast-paced dynamic. I also hold a BA in Philosophy and Amirim program for honored students from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Group Facilitation education and experience. In parallel, I’m a Group Facilitator in Shavot and a Poet working on publishing my first book very soon (!).
