This involved leading a remote team of up to 15 assessors and verifiers across a range of awards up to level 4. Awards delivered included business administration, customer service, learning and development, contact centre, management and advice and guidance. I was responsible for managing the external verification visits nationally and implementing the IV strategy. I was also responsible for leading the team through the upskilling process from NVQs to Apprenticeships and then the change programme when the work was outsourced. -
