It was possible to integrate multicultural differences and homogenize business needs for each affiliate by successfully implementing the first stage of the project• Leaded the entire local Business Intelligence project, covering specific needs of the affiliate, with local development team. We achieved the implementation of Key performance indicators, which served as the basis for its continuity and for the support of business decision-making.• Together with the SAP internal team, I implemented the eSales project, increasing speed and control in taking customer orders as well as reducing the operational costs of manual order intake. For this project I received the ABCD Award.• Implemented the eTrade system, for visualization and payment of customer invoices, interacting with the bank's payment system and allocating payments directly to SAP. This implementation meant an 80% annual saving in check taxes. For this project I received the ABCD Award.• I was in charge of the maintenance and implementation of brand promotional sites, including campaign management, online games, truthful data validation, hacking test, and data analysis in the backend. Responsible for the execution of specific information system projects for Marketing, Sales and human resources• For the HR area, I managed the HR International Assignments Tracking System project, the expatriate tracking system developed on the web platform and the HR Personnel Profile: System for managing HR profiles. Both projects improved the processes of resource movements and personnel reassignments.• Implemented the direct sales system in Chile with mobile devices, achieving tangible improvements in the sales process through innovation• Participated in the SAP P1 project in the Go live phase, for the OTC module, automating the information in PTPy and integrating the CRM module.• I was in charge of the implementation of the Retail Scan Program: System for the data collection directly at the point of sale and subsequent analysis of the information. This allowed the company to have market information at the time and evaluate the strategies implemented. For this project, I received the award for the recognition of the Latin America and Southern Cone Region• Implemented the Point of Sale Administration System, optimizing the management of the same and preventing eventual penalties for ratings and the monetary cost that this implies• Coordinated and communicated the global program of Tobacco Issues communication, given the message to more than 100 colleagues and 30 business partners.
