I have been practicing the legal profession with passion since autumn 2009, as a qualified lawyer. I deal with civil law with particular regard to commercial law, credit recovery, compensation for damages, professional liability, family and succession law, protections, condominium law. I have recently studied with a theoretical and practical approach, HarvardX specialization courses and the National Forensic Council, the issues related to the custody and care of minors, including migrants, and the ethical issues related to biomedicine, privacy and medical responsibility.
