I was then given the opportunity to going even higher in banding to look after the Health Centre where i originally started. This was on a secondment and was successful. When my manager was not there, I was dealing with contractors, meetings, Doctors, clinical leads for all the services we had. This I did for 18 months. I went back to my original band, but again I was given another seondment at the Physiotherapy administration department covering maternity leave. This is a busy service and I embraced it. I was dealing with appts, physios, telephone calls, patients face to face on on the phone etc. I did this for 17 months. I am currently the Senior Administrator for the Podiatry Service based at the University of East London based in Stratford London E15. I have a team of 3 and we deal with appointments, queries, answering the telephones, filing, clinics, we have a drop-in service, rotas for clinics, post etc. My job is to make sure that things run smoothly as well as keeping my team happy. I meet with Directors, Clinical Leads to discuss the anything that will be beneficial to the service. -

Not long after I was given over 40 titles to run. These were weekly, bi-monthly, 4 weekly, 6 weekly, 6 monthly etc, and they all had deadlines, which were reached between myself and my team.
