I am responsible for managing the city's budget, staff, and resources, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans and policies that align with the city's vision and goals. I also leverage my extensive experience and expertise in fiscal and grant management, workshop facilitation, and project development to help public agencies, non-profit organizations, and qualified businesses secure the funding they need to achieve their objectives. Since 2004, I have secured more than $500 million in grants for my clients, with an impressive 85% success rate.
