Directing the global relocation process as a consultantfor the region, facilitating the deployment of the globaltalent on behalf of the business.• Provide subject matter expertise to consult oninternational relocation, tax and immigration.• Enlighten employees, mangers, and external vendors onany implications/timeframes related to obtaining workauthorization and you will anticipate issues andoutcomes.• Assist the business in understanding the requirementsfor the successful relocation: upfront planning, selectionofpolicy/benefits, family acculturation and other relatedfactors.• Manage the day-to-day administration of the globalmobility program, including group moves and you willenable a positive experience for the mobile employeeswhile working closely with the business, internalstakeholders and outside vendors.• Initiating consultation calls with the Business tounderstand the requested relocation and ensuring thatclear expectation is set with the Hiring Manager/Recruiter (timelines, roles in this process, varioussupplies involved and their role, country specific callouts).• Creating Cost estimates through Assignment Pro basedon the budget set by the Business for the transfers.• Review the approved relation benefits and timeline withthe Employee and also clarify internal.
