  Commenced employment within the Cards Centre of Excellence (CoE) Project department, before being integrated into the Internal Control (System Support) arena. Managed to balance work assigned by System Support and Projects on a weekly basis due to effective organisation and time management skills.Successfully delivered 11 End User Computer (EUC) meetings with GCB6 managers across the CoE and resolved all queries.Completed the monthly John Lewis Financial Services audits to help mitigate business risk. Travelled to Southend on Sea on many occasions where I undertook thorough review of incoming Southend processes to ensure the procedures were more efficient.Excellent relationships established and maintained within CoE, Southend and First Direct. Liaised effectively across numerous key stakeholders to deliver successful results ahead of project schedule. Planning and organisation of a number of charity events internally and externally within the office. Feedback highlighting I was an effective and valuable team player and leader. Created and maintained a spread sheet to assemble off site charity days which were to be held over a 12 month period. This was achieved by ensuring a strong relationship was built with external clients who HSBC could offer their support to.Responsible for setting up a software requirement within the CoE to ensure call quality checking was completed. Completed daily audit checks in relation to system access and profile amendments. This consisted of liaising with departments located in HSBC’s Global Service Centres (GSCs), Edinburgh, Swansea, Leeds, Hamilton to contribute towards the Management Information which was used in management senior meetings.
