A former boss once sent me an Albert Einstein quote in which he described himself as “passionately curious”. She told me my thirst for knowledge and desire to answer everything reminded her of this.Hi! I’m Sonia and I am passionately curious.My biggest passion is learning about running and growing successful businesses. I was fortunate enough to be born and raised up in a long history business family. My grandfather owned the business and my father worked there with him. I loved getting up and going to work with my father and seeing how the business operates every day.Growing up seeing all the slow and busy days and so many challenges associated with running a family business, fascinated me most about effective business problem solving and growth. First: time, money and people are the biggest constraints of small businesses. Secondly, those challenges can be solved through experiential learning with financial problems and human resources as top priority areas. If business owners can decrease time spent on solving financial problems and training staff, they would increase time focusing on core activities and then be able to generate more revenue. Applying that thinking in real practices, I am helping new and small businesses by delivering them stress-free bookkeeping experience with my job at PAQ Group. Anyone who has been working with us has been able to have more time to focus on their core business and more importantly, get access to expertise and regular reporting that keeps them on track with their finance.Outside of work, I am also volunteering at a NDIS Service Provider in Canberra where I meet people who are working with all their hearts.
