I was involved in completing construction documentation for the transformer housing/concealment.I also undertook the New Management Offices; this included concept designs, developed design which continued into full documentation throughout every stage including building consents. I was also engaged and coordinated with a number of different consultants such as Fire Engineers, Mechanical, Structural Engineer to commence drawings. Site observations were carried out on a regular basis. I carried out on-going administration including: engineers directions, defects inspections, final inspections and practical completion certificate and had involvement in payment claims.Programs – ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Word• Project Details - Bay Side- Value $3.5 millionA low-rise apartment tower with an excavated basement located in a sea-side suburb.Tasks - I completed Resource Consent drawings and imagery for this project.
