-Setting up and running audio equipment in the classroom (lavs, Zoom H2n) -Basic video editing-Assisting Producer with creating production schedules and logistics-Creating and sending out call sheets-Coordinate frequently with EI Producer and other offsite teams-Organizing and maintaining workflows on Monday.com-Assist video capture team with with ingesting, formatting and syncing of incoming raw footage -Address edit revisions by making adjustments to animation, color and audio elements, and ensure videos meet brand guidelines

- Screen various video formats to identify persons, places, and other information to the news archive- Use various media archive tools as well as proprietary digital asset management (DAM) software- Fulfill search requests by sourcing footage and content often of an urgent or time-sensitive nature

-Order, reserve or rent equipment needed to complete a production or increase production value for a particular campaign-Assist in set design, script rewrites and other tasks assigned by the producer or director-Help edit promotional videos per instruction of editor or producer-Meet regular deadlines-Assist in updating social media pages

- Assisting with logistics for photo and video shoots including research, creating call sheets, booking travel and accommodations, optioning crew, running payroll - Assisting on set for photo and video shoots- Organizing and maintaining production kit room- Packing production kits for various productions

• Equipment inventory assistance and/or assist with equipment orders• Editing projects through multiple cuts from capture to final output, including all stages of post-production• Maintaining flexibility amongst competing priorities and last minute changes• Maintain quality control of projects under your care• Pack and deliver film equipment to and from locations

- Attend meetings and pitch story ideas- Research and fact check- Assist in production on shoots, edits, in the studio, control room & green room- Assist in social media distribution for assigned show and source B-roll

- Cover political rallies, forums, round-tables and races- Multimedia reporting and photography- Research and fact check- Turn in assignments by the same or next day (three to five stories per week)

- Assist in story research and pre-interviewing- Participate in field interview shoots- Attend and assist show tapings- Transcribe and organize interviews

- Write two to three stories per week- Adhere to word count limits- Taking pictures for stories- Posting the story to Instagram, Twitter and WordPress
