-End-to-end commercial ownership across APAC markets, including India and Australia, to implement Skyscanner's technology (API, white label).-KPIs included: a) Commercial targets: revenue generated.b) Performance targets: optimisation of downstream conversion rates.c) Presence targets: worked with local market teams to close prospects that would build brand credibility.-Identified, pitched to and built new relationships with partners including LINE (Taiwan) and Agoda (Singapore).-Led cross-functional collaboration to deploy multi-faceted deals, jointly pitching advertising and content creation for partners such as Changi Airport Group and Singapore Tourism Board. -Proactively employed data to make recommendations by creating dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.-Combined technical know-how, data and creativity to develop Yahoo (Taiwan) from launch to becoming a global top 10 partner in conversion rates and revenue generation.

During my time in the Skyscanner Growth Hacker Graduate program, I picked up the following skillsets: Experience in Content Creation with Search Engine Optimization in mind, having developed the 6-month content strategy and managing a team of freelancers. Impact of articles led to doubled organic monthly sessions driven primarily by increased visibility and first page ranking on Google.Search Engine Optimisation: undertook analysis to optimize and suggests actionable ways in which marketing teams could improve their site's SEO performance. Comfortable in using SEO tools such as Linkdex and Majestic SEO to understand a local domain's strengths and areas for improvement.

Design thinking is a human-centric approach to problem-definition and innovation. Frequently in client-facing situations demanding excellent communication and presentation skills. Facilitated a Health Innovation Forum for 30 healthcare professionals including CEOs in 2013, worked on an ethnographic research project with the country’s Ministry of Education and several bite-sized projects with the National Council of Social Service to improve productivity for organizations in the social sector.
