Managed, maintained and provided all database support for the Office of Education Examinations Department.Using T-SQL and Sequel Server Reporting Services (SSRS), designed, developed and tested all processes and reports that would allow customers to easily understand and interpret exam registration, scoring, and statistical analysis data. Responsible for all database and software improvements / modifications required to accommodate new examinations, as needed. Interfaced with several foreign urology boards and modified existing software to allow the use of existing domestic exams as their national certification exam.Wrote and maintained scanning applications used with ScanTron forms and an optical scanner. Supervised and provided support for the scanning and accurate import of all data for all exams.Responsible for identifying opportunities for streamlining manual processes, with the goal of increasing employee and department efficiency. * Conducted an in-depth survey of available network-based software packages for use on the nationwide Shell Pipe Line Help Desk.
