Hi, I'm Sonia,I feel most rewarded when I am supporting businesses to reach their goals and enjoy learning new ways of doing things and adding to my skills. I derive fulfilment from delivering positive outcomes for people and businesses alike by developing strong relationships to meet their needs.Currently, I'm working as a Producer for AKQA delivering projects creating meaningful, innovative and creative work for a wide range of businesses.Previously, I worked in small business management for over a decade where I facilitated change, improved systems, managed teams and drove marketing efforts to improve business performance overall. I also successfully ran my own small business for over five years, executing all business activities which allowed me to develop a diverse range of knowledge and skills. During this time I realised I had a passion for processes, procedure, organisation and marketing and decided to transition into a role that allowed me to concentrate on these areas.To further my knowledge, in 2021 I began a Master of Business Administration which has been thoroughly enjoyable and led to a deeper understanding of marketing, leadership, financial management, project management and operations management theories.
