I am a multi-passionate business leader focused on Executive Coaching and Operations. I love helping others create more success, fulfillment and wellbeing in their lives and businesses/careers. I was born and grew up in Poland and moved to the US when I was 16.I have always had a strong desire to be of service to others and a deep interest in discovering how to create an authentic, meaningful and healthy life and career. In college, at Tufts, I thought I was meant to serve through medicine. I was pre-med, I majored in Biochemistry and French and spent a year abroad in Paris. After college, still on the medical school path, I worked for a biotechnology company and then at an immunology lab at Harvard Medical School doing research.After a while, I realized that I wanted to help people through business and embarked on my MBA journey at NYU Stern.During and after my MBA I struggled with depression, a lack of purpose and various health challenges. I tried many different things to heal including the traditional medical approach as well as the naturopathic path yet nothing seemed to work.Eventually I was led to doing more of the inner healing work around overcoming trauma and shifting my beliefs through subconscious reprogramming and addressing the emotional root causes of my challenges, which finally provided relief.I became a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, practiced breathwork, dove into Human Design, became a Subconscious Reprogramming with PSYCH-K Facilitator and gathered the tools that I now use with my Coaching Clients.My healing journey inspired me to help others struggling with similar issues, which is why I started my Coaching Business, where I help overwhelmed professionals show up at their best at work and at home. I am passionate about helping clients create careers, businesses and lives they love so they can positively contribute to the collective through being their authentic selves.
