Key Responsibilities:• Maintain all business processes and reporting procedures• Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation• Natural inclination to document steps and seek efficiencies by leveraging technology• Works on a diverse range of problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors and an understanding of current business and trends

Manage External Collection Agency Vendor relations; Responsible for vendor on- boarding, including but not limited to, reviewing qualifications, verifying credentials, licensing and capabilities and create and manage vendor scorecards to track, measure and evaluate performance.

Implementing best practices and metrics to track employee performance; addressing and resolving complaints and/or concerns of Client’s, Customers and Staff; enforcing quality control standards; Oversee Clients’ remote and on- site Audits and communicate with Clients to advise of Portfolio performance
