As a Research Technical Assistant at the University Health Network, I contributed to multiple projects on the pharmacological effects of novel drugs on animal models of neurological disorders. I applied my skills in project management, teamwork, and animal handling to support the research team in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing reports.I have a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, where I investigated the molecular mechanisms of neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration in Neuropathic pain disease. I have presented my findings at several national and international conferences and published papers in peer-reviewed journals. I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and understanding of pharmacology and neuroscience, and I aspire to pursue a career in academic research and teaching.
