I am an enthusiastic, analytical, creative young professional currently working as Digital Marketing Specialist for the YMCA of San Diego County. I chose to pursue marketing when I discovered the term 'inventive negotiation'. In my life and work experience, I do not want to 'just make a decision'. I strive to use my experiences, leadership opportunities, and communication skills to benefit all involved, to inspire innovation, and to form mutually beneficial relationships. I want to actively listen to everyone's ideas and together create the best possible solutions. My current position as Marketing Specialist challenges my creative abilities, ingenuity, and challenges me to expand my marketing skills - from better understanding of internal marketing dynamics to learning html, javascript, and navigating new CRM platforms. Previously as Marketing Coordinator, I oversaw website content development, Facebook advertising, all social media marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud product implementation such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft Office. My inspiring ideas, skillful strategies, and dedicated time spent as Marketing Coordinator at Home Instead resulted in an increase of 15% in business growth. My 9-month internship with Enterprise Rental Car enhanced my innovative leadership abilities and enabled opportunities to apply what I was learning in my marketing classes with great success. As the pioneer and sole-representative for the Enterprise Car-Share program on CBU’S campus, increased Car-Share membership numbers from 30 to 150+ and the cars on campus from 1 to 3 through my outside and internal salesmanship, product demonstration, presentations, and executing my personal-selling sales strategies.My study abroad at Oxford University increased my interest in working in a global community and a desire to learn more from different cultures and peoples. My international, marketing education at California Baptist University's Robert K. Jab's Business School helped me acquire the skillset necessary to pursue my career. As result of such a great learning experience, I decided to further my education with California Baptist University and graduated with my M.B.A in 2021.I enjoy the balance of creative abstraction and concrete execution, the art and the science, that is Marketing. My B.S. in Marketing, my M.BA, and my work experiences have provided me with well-rounded, diverse opportunities. As result, I know my grit, determination, and experiences will serve as an asset to any company, culture that I am hired into.
