My professional experience has afforded me the opportunity to work on various projects. First, working at Toyota gave me the kaizen spirit. Then, when I was working at Lu, I accustomed to leading and working within teams and interacting closely with top managers. I was able to generate great cost savings. I had the entire responsibility of the cost control creation (constructing the industrial budget, reporting and analyzing results, monitoring costs by matching the actual against contracted amounts, investigating any discrepancies to determine causes, developing application to be used in data mining …). This mission has required a high degree of team coordination and interaction in order to be well completed. Finally, one recent project accomplished at Fayol institute was concerning the creation of a decision making tool to analyze supply chains efficiency. I developed some coordination mechanisms to improve operational effectiveness and reduce inventory levels and costs.I am very good in analyzing situations in order to find a workable solution that will maximize performance and reduce costs as much as possible.Spécialisations : Supply Chain Management, Cost Control, Project Management, Teaching
