Key Responsibilities• Overall administration of Promax Trade Spend System. This includes daily monitoring of the Interfaces to and from SAP, to ensure integrity between the two systems.• Provide Trade Spend Analysis to the management and accrual reporting on a monthly basis• Provide user support with regard to Promax and SAP processes• Setting up of Trading Terms in Promax for all major retailers• Testing and providing feedback on enhancements and modifications to SAP and Promax systems• Providing Trade Spend Analysis for the business on a monthly basis• Create and maintain UBF’s• Review promotional effectiveness using AC Nielsen software• Successfully Implemented Promax Trade Spend System for Biscuit & Cake Division. This system will be rolled out to other divisions in GWF. The project included;➢ Assistance in preparing functional specification for the system➢ Analysis and mapping of Trade Spend Processes➢ Providing business process expertise in configuring Promax System and related interfaces to suit business requirements➢ Developing test scripts, planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)➢ Developing cut over plans for “Go Live” ➢ Assistance in setting up standard set of reports using SAP/BW• Successfully Implemented SAP Rebate Module. The project included;Achievements➢ Documenting existing Trade Spend processes➢ Providing business process expertise in configuring SAP System➢ Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)➢ Setting up Trading Terms and Promotions for the “Go Live”➢ Transferring brought forward balances from existing ledger➢ Conducting Post Implementation evaluation

Key Responsibilities• Administration and management of major accounts such as Woolworths and Metcash on a National basis, these accounts consist of approx. 50% of the companies sales• Collection of outstanding monies;• Allocation of remittances on an “Open Item System” and reconciliation of the accounts;• Resolving claims and customer queries;• Maintenance of customer details including opening of new accounts and obtaining trade references;• Provide period end reporting and analysis.Achievements• Played a key role as a Business representative in the implementation of SAP Finance and Logistics modules. This project included;➢ Participation in the development of specifications and documenting business processes➢ Working with the implementation teams in resolving issues and to ensure business requirements are met during the configuration phase,➢ Participation in the converting of data from legacy systems, ➢ Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).➢ Helping to ensure the integration between the finance and logistics system was successful➢ Assisting in evaluating training materials and delivering training to the end users• Managed to achieve high level of accuracy within a high transaction volume environment • Managed to reduce processing time of claims to ensure that their aging was less than 60 days• Initiated electronic processing of remittances for major accounts• Assisted in converting systems for the GST implementation
